Loading and unloading

      Woven bags are made by interweaving warp and weft threads. Generally, the bottom of the woven bag is narrower than the height. For example, the woven bag(50*80) means that the width of bag is 50cm and the height of bag is 80cm.That is to say, the bottom area will be smaller than the height area after loading the goods. In this case, if the bottom of goods lands first during unloading, all the pressure will act on the bottom. As everyone knows, the smaller the area, the greater the pressure, so the bag will be easily torn. If it lands on the side, the bag will not explode because of the lager landing area. if you are loading products, don’t fill it with too much. Otherwise, the bag will be broken during unloading. Usually, when loading, only a little morn than half or two-thirds should be loaded, leaving a little space. In this way, when unloading, the force will be reduced under the interaction, so as to avoid the rupture of the woven bag.
