Classification of plastic packaging bags

There are many kinds of plastic packaging bags with different specifications, such as plastic woven bags, paper-plastic composite woven bags, valve-mouth woven bags, etc. Therefore, designers and producers often neglect the way of making bags. The result is that although the design draft is exquisite, the finished product packaging is unsatisfactory, and even becomes waste. Experience tells us that only on the basis of understanding the types of commonly used packaging products can we give full play to the design ideas, eliminate the design works that do not conform to the bag making process, and design a practical and perfect finished product packaging.

The plastic woven bag can be divided into four types according to the bag making method: three-side seal, middle bottom seal, three-dimensional middle seal and sheet material.

Three-side sealing is used to seal around the packaging bag. The front and back dimensions are finished product dimensions, which have a certain sense of integrity. The design is not constrained, and the front and back designs have a certain consistency. Because the front and back dimensions are the same, the front can be designed first to make the back echo the front. During plate making, the front and back should be arranged on the same plate cylinder.

The middle bottom seal is sealed on the back. The front size is the size of the finished product, and the back is divided into two equal parts, and the sum of their widths is equal to the width of the front. Usually, the front and back are unfolded in the design, and integrated design is carried out, and 1cm edge is added on the left and right sides, and the front and back are also on the same set cylinder.

The three-dimensional middle seal is based on the middle bottom seal, adding three-dimensional edges on both sides. The front, back and side are also on the same set cylinder.

Due to the limitation of printing materials, the front and back sides of the plastic woven bag sheet must be designed separately for plate making, and cannot appear on the same plate cylinder at the same time.
