Placement and maintenance of plastic woven bags

Date:2023-02-13 Click:0

Plastic woven bags are composed of polypropylene bags and polyethylene bags according to the main materials; It is divided into sewn bottom bag and sewn edge bottom bag according to the sewing method. At present, it is widely used as a packaging material for fertilizer, chemical products and other items. The aging resistance of plastic woven bags can be evaluated through artificial accelerated aging test and outdoor exposure weathering test. The artificial accelerated aging test is to put the plastic woven bag test sample in the test equipment, which can be affected by light, oxygen, heat, humidity and other factors at the same time or alternatively. Under this condition, the main environmental parameters can easily maintain relatively stable, so the data obtained can maintain good repeatability. The qualified products tested according to the above UV accelerated aging will have different anti-aging effects when used in the real use environment, especially when hindered amine light stabilizer is added with filler, its anti-aging effect is unstable. Although the outdoor exposure test of woven bags takes a long time and the investment of human and financial resources is large, the test data obtained basically meet the actual use requirements, and can be used for the anti-aging quality evaluation and anti-aging effect monitoring of woven bags. During the daily use of woven bags, the ambient temperature, humidity, light and other external conditions directly affect the service life of woven bags. Especially when placed outdoors in the open air, the impact of rain, direct sunlight, wind, insects, ants and mice will accelerate the damage of the tensile quality of woven bags. Flood control bags, coal bags placed in the open air, etc. need to consider the anti-ultraviolet and anti-oxidation ability of woven bags. Ordinary woven bags for household or industrial and agricultural use should preferably be placed indoors in a place free from direct sunlight, dry, insects, ants and rats.
