1、 Raw material is the primary factor affecting the quality of woven bags

The products made from new material are generally more expensive, transparent and shiny in color, very strong in tension, and very smooth in feel. Generally, the products made from this raw material are relatively good! Products made from recycled materials are generally relatively cheap

Second, the color brightness is darkened and the tension is weakened. The products made from this raw material are generally not suitable for packing powdery high-quality goods.

2、 Temperature is an interfering factor affecting the quality of woven bags

Polypropylene raw material is dissolved at high temperature and pulled out of long raw material cloth. Due to thermal expansion and contraction, low production environment temperature may lead to early cooling time of raw material cloth and thicker pulled wire. On the contrary, higher production environment temperature may lead to thinner pulled wire. So when dealers complain about product discrepancy, they should understand each other. After all, in the case of incomplete sealing, temperature becomes a force majeure factor!

3、 Circular loom is the decisive factor affecting the quality of woven bags

After officially entering the production stage, the circular loom becomes the decisive factor to determine the quality of woven bags. The number of knife rows of the circular loom directly affects whether the density of woven bags meets the requirements and is available. If the density is too small, it is easy to make defective products. If the density is too large, it is easy to waste raw materials and increase costs.
