Basic safety regulations for plastic woven bag workshop

In the woven bag factory, due to the large number of machines, if the workers operate irregularly, the quality of woven bags will not only decline, but more importantly, it will increase the risk of workers during operation. Therefore, before workers take up their posts, they must pay attention to training.

(1) Operators must receive serious safety education, pass the examination before entering the post, and pass the technical training before taking the post.

(2) When shutting down, reset the buttons on the control panel, and then cut off the main power supply.

(3) In case of any abnormal phenomenon or abnormal sound during production, stop the machine immediately for inspection and troubleshooting.

(4) When the machine stops, check whether the components are loose, whether the parts fall off and wear abnormally. If any abnormality is found, handle it immediately and try again until it is normal

(5) Operators are not allowed to wear gloves to wipe or touch the equipment.

(6) Strictly abide by the company's management regulations.

(7) When operating electrical equipment, pay attention to insulation and wear insulating gloves.

(8) When the equipment is running, it is strictly forbidden to overhaul or maintain the equipment.
