Precautions for plastic woven bag covering

5. When connecting new cloth, the width of the cloth varies, so it is necessary to observe the cloth edge and adjust the mold edge.
6. The vehicle speed is slightly slow before receiving cloth; After receiving the cloth and before the double-layer joint enters the corona, turn off the corona machine first.
7. After the double-layer joint enters the compound roll, lift the edge cutter and turn on the hair dryer. After the joint, cut and trim the edges.
8. When the joint is rolled, change the roll in time.
9. The temperature of cold roll is low, and the speed should not be higher than 35m/min. Before starting, close the water inlet of the cooling roll, wait for the surface temperature of the cooling roll, and then open the cooling water valve. Control the surface temperature of the cooling roll (40~50 ℃).
11. Adjust the unwinding and winding tension to avoid bell mouth during winding.
12. When the waste cloth appears, touch the bell twice to prompt. The reeling shall be marked with paper strip to prompt the next process. The defective and waste products, including missed coating, blistering, membrane split, broken edge, etc., shall be marked.
13. If the flatness of the woven cloth is poor and lotus leaves appear, the release tension should be increased.
14. Regularly inject oil into the gas source triplet, and drip oil into the friction wheel and pneumatic rail daily.
