Woven bag stitching method
The strength of the sewing thread depends on the type of thread (cotton thread, polyester thread), thread thickness (thread density), thread strands (thread twist and direction). If the stitch length is too large, the stitching strength will decrease; if the stitch length is too small, the woven fabric will be punctured and the strength will decrease. The shape of the chain sleeve of the suture thread, single thread or double thread, and the tightness of the thread sleeve, can it be detached from one end. Stitching and splicing methods include curling, hemming, hemming, lap and so on. Including hemming width, hemming width, hemming width and method, overlap amount and method, and the distance between the seam line and the bottom edge, etc. When stitching, the stitches should be flat, and there should be no defects such as falling sleeves, skipping stitches, dropping stitches, and unstitched upper curling. The stitch length should be even, and the thread should be left at least 50mm after the thread breaks to prevent the chain stitch from tripping.
