Woven bag seam stitching
The strength of sewing thread depends on the type of thread (cotton thread, polyester thread), thread thickness (thread density), and the number of strands of thread (thread twist and twist direction). If the stitching distance is too large, the stitching strength will decrease; if the stitching distance is too small, the knitted fabric will be stabbed and the strength will also decrease. The shape of the chain sleeve of the suture thread, single thread or double thread, the tightness of the thread sleeve, and whether it can be disassembled from one end. Stitching and splicing methods, splicing methods include curling, folding, wrapping, overlapping, etc. These include hemming width, hemming width, hemming width and method, amount and method of overlap, distance from seam to bottom edge, etc. When sewing, the stitches should be flat, and there should be no defects such as slipping, skipping stitches, falling stitches, and unstitched upper edges. The needle distance should be uniform, and the thread breakage should be kept more than 50mm after sewing to prevent the chain stitch from tripping.
