This plastic wire drawing machine uses polypropylene and high-density polyethylene as raw materials to form flat wires through heating, extrusion, wire cutting and stretching, which are wound by the winder and then woven by the circular loom.

2、 Characteristics

1. This plastic wire drawing machine can draw flat wires with 100% recycled materials, powder materials or granular materials.

2. 38CrMoAlA alloy steel is adopted for the screw and barrel out of the machine, and the hardness reaches above hv950 after nitriding treatment;

3. The reducer of the extruder adopts the helical gear reducer with hard tooth surface made of 20CrMnTi alloy steel;

4. The extruder is heated by cast aluminum heating ring, which is durable.
