When buying woven bags, we should consider the following factors:
1. Knitting density tolerance.
Knitting density tolerance is defined as the number of roots of a flat filament that are more than or less than a given standard knitting density.
2. Quality of woven fabric per unit area.
The weight per unit area of woven barrel-cloth is expressed by the number of grams per square meter, which is an important technical index of woven cloth. The square meter grams are mainly determined by the density of warp and weft and the thickness of flat silk. The square meter grams affect the tensile strength and load capacity of woven cloth.
3. Stretch load of woven cloth.
Tensile load also known as tensile strength, tensile strength. For braided booker to bear the longitudinal and zonal tension load, it is called meridional tension load and zonal tension load.
4. The width.
The width of woven fabric directly affects the bag-making process. For tube cloth, the width is expressed by folding warp, which is equal to half of the circumference.
Width retraction rate, the width of all woven fabrics after weaving and taking off, after rolling, printing and stitching, the width of the bag made is slightly less than the width of taking off, we call it width retraction.
5. Touch.
PP flat woven fabrics feel more thick, wide, rough and hard.
HDPE flat woven fabrics feel soft, smooth, not dense.
Add calcareous masterbatch in PP flat silk, feel pretty wide, less HDPE in PP will make it soft.
