Woven bag production process

Plastic woven bags and composite plastic woven bags are based on polypropylene or polyethylene resin. According to different customer needs, a small amount of auxiliary materials are added. After mixing, the plastic film is melted and extruded through an extruder to cut into filaments, which is lower than the resin. It is stretched at the melting temperature and made into high-strength, low-elongation flat yarns by molecular orientation and heat setting, and then made into plastic woven bags, composite plastics by winding, weaving, (laminating), cutting and sewing. Woven bags and paper-plastic composite bags are made by laminating, adhering, and sewing with paper strips.
