Shandong Shouguang Luqing Petrochemical Co., Ltd. was established in 2000. It is a joint-stock private enterprise. It is located in the development plan of high-end petrochemical industry base in northern Shandong (2018-2025) - Shouguang City High-end Petrochemical Industrial Park and the first batch of chemical industry parks. The refined oil produced radiates to the coastal and riverside regions of the country, and is the designated supplier of PetroChina and Sinopec. Luqing oil products won the famous brand of clean energy supply service in Shandong Province, and Luqing brand polypropylene resin won the famous brand product of Shandong Province. Our company is now supplying FFS heavy packaging film for Shandong Shouguang Luqing Petrochemical Co., Ltd.

 My FFS heavy packaging film project was built in 2013 and officially put into production in early 2014. The production workshop covers an area of 8000m2 with a design capacity of 30,000 tons/year. The production workshop is designed and constructed in strict accordance with the production requirements of food-grade packaging materials. At present, the workshop has 11 imported film blowing machines, 3 printing machines and 3 bag making machines, with an annual output of more than 30,000 tons of FFS film (bags).

FFS heavy packaging film blowing machine is a three-layer co-extrusion automatic film blowing machine imported from Italian Bandera Company, German Reifen Company and German Albena. Each device is about 10 million yuan. The equipment adopts an automatic weighing and batching system, which effectively ensures the accuracy of the formula and the stability of the product quality. The three-layer co-extrusion blown film method makes the product have superior pressure bearing capacity, good sealing effect and surface finish. After a special formula design, the product has the characteristics of not softening and deforming in high temperature, brittle and breaking in severe cold; UV-resistant and stable in color; compared with plastic woven bags, the storage and shelf life of outer packaging and internal products can be doubled. .

The three 6-color flexographic printing machines costing more than 3 million yuan all use resin plates, which greatly improves the printing stability and color smoothness. All printing inks are alcohol-soluble inks, which have good environmental protection and hygiene safety.

Three fully automatic bag making machines can complete the work of back sealing and bag making according to customer needs, meeting customer needs.
