Recently, the audit team of Luohe Tianjia Biochemical Co., Ltd. visited our company for guidance. Luohe Tianjia Biochemical Co., Ltd. is a corn deep processing project jointly established by Cargill Investment (China) Co., Ltd. and Luohe Tianguan Biochemical Co., Ltd., Cargill owns 60% of the shares, and Tianguan has 40% of the shares. In June 2013, Cargill completed the production of an annual output of 240,000 tons of fructose in Luohe City. In order to meet the demand of fructose market and further enhance market competitiveness, the company started its strategic planning of corn deep processing in Henan in 2012. The Qixian County Government and the Luohe Tianguan Bio-Chemical Co., Ltd. negotiated friendlyly. Cargill and Tianguan established a corn deep processing industrial park in Linyi County through joint venture and cooperation, and formally established a joint venture with Luhe Tianjia Biochemical Co., Ltd. in June 2014.
