According to the moisture content of the paper equivalent to the equilibrium moisture when the relative humidity is 50-60%, the humidity of the production workshop is controlled at 60%. When the relative humidity is low, water can be sprayed to the ground to moisturize. When the relative humidity is high, the hot air around the laminator can be increased to dry. The difference in humidity during production cannot exceed 10%.
4. Control the operating tension
In this production process, the BOPP film prints are respectively pulled by the power generated by the thermocompression mechanism, and are separated from the separation mechanism and the conveyor belt. 5. Take the necessary protective measures
(1) There should be a certain storage period before the division

If the semi-finished product is placed directly on the ground, it is easier to make the paper absorb moisture and produce a split curl.
