Factors affecting the viscosity of plastics in woven bag production

The viscosity of plastic refers to the nature of the friction between the macromolecules when the molten plastic flows. The woven bag factory will introduce us to the factors affecting the viscosity:
     The first is the molecular weight. The larger the molecular weight, the narrower the molecular weight distribution and the greater the viscosity. This is followed by low molecular weight additives, which reduce the force between macromolecular linkages and thus reduce viscosity. Again, the temperature, which has a large effect on the viscosity of most molten plastics, generally increases in temperature, reflecting the lower viscosity. In addition, the shear rate, which effectively increases the shear rate of the plastic, can reduce the viscosity of the plastic.
